Participating students will use this data to develop their ideas and inform their design. The research is a critical element of the challenge – accurate and authentic information introduces students to some of the real-world challenges they will face when they complete their education.
All week we were supported and guided by our international partner Pratki. Prakti’s knowledge of rural areas in Tamil Nadu has been invaluable in enabling us to collect the data, introducing us to local communities and some of the social enterprises leading the way with innovative and sustainable products and initiatives.
